Tasks and Responsibilites:
- Provide support for business applications, office tools, and workstation hardware/software to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with the Global IT Service Desk and external service providers to resolve technical issues and service requests.
- Monitor and follow up on incidents, service requests, and change management activities to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle the deployment, setup, and configuration of fixed and mobile hardware, including laptops, desktops, and related devices.
- Manage user access rights and permissions in collaboration with the Global IT team.
- Monitor backup processes and data integrity to ensure data security and reliability.
- Support local digital initiatives, including the implementation of production tools and new hardware/software, while ensuring GMP and data integrity compliance.
- Maintain IT equipment documentation, asset inventory, and lifecycle management.
- Manage hardware stock levels and spare parts to ensure availability when needed.
- Address Shop Floor Management IT inquiries and collaborate closely with the Engineering Department and Operational Technology (OT) teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in onsite IT support or a similar role
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is an advantage
- Very good French and English skills (spoken and written)
- Experience with workstation hardware, software, and office tools
- Knowledge of IT service management (incidents, requests, changes)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple global IT teams and local departments simultaneously
- Friendly, flexible, and fast learner
- Strong team player with good planning and organizational abilities
- A valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months) is required
