Blend is looking for an experienced paid social media expert to help grow revenue for our tour, activity, and attraction clients in markets such as Chicago; Wisconsin Dells; Banff National Park, Charleston, SC, and more. These small to midsize companies ($2-$30M annual revenue) rely on Blend to increase demand and bookings for their experiences.
Your role will be focused on managing paid social media ad accounts inside of the broader integrated marketing strategy. The majority of your time will be spent working on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns. You’ll also have opportunities to work on TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn campaigns. Your role will be to implement, optimize, and monitor campaigns, ensure KPI’s are being met, provide written and verbal reports to clients, and continuously stay on top of advertising best practices (both platform-specific and general) for the tour, activity and attraction space.

What You’ll Do
- For a portion of Blend's clients, own the day to day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms to drive revenue, leads, and other client-specific KPIs.
- Take accountability for client campaign performance, ensuring key KPIs such as ROAS, MER, CPL, CPA, and others are met.
- Lead planning initiatives including audience research, geo-targeting, campaign architecture, bidding strategies, and creative briefing in partnership with internal creative teams.
- Approach paid social with a test-and-learn mindset by testing new approaches, analyzing results, and continuously improving performance across your set of client accounts.
- Identify new opportunities to help clients accomplish their goals and drive incremental revenue.
- Audit existing social ad accounts and identity opportunities.
- Manage ad spend, campaign objectives, targeting, and campaign timelines.
- Report on current status of accounts, successes, and key learnings.
- Participate in internal team meetings - daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
- Organize hypotheses and recommendations, and be comfortable sharing with internal team members and clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years full-time experience in digital marketing
- 3+ years experience regularly using Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing spend in other paid social platforms. In order of importance after Meta: TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
- A solid understanding of how conversion tracking works (Events Manager and CAPI), so that you can communicate clearly with the data analyst and potentially help troubleshoot event tracking problems.
- Good organizational skills. We use ClickUp for project management.
- Must be based in the U.S.
Preferred but not required
- Experience using and finding data inside of Google Analytics 4
- Experience working with, Reddit, LinkedIn, Vibe and other ad platforms
- Familiarity with Google's ad management platform
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate or streamline repetitive workflows.
- Video creation skills, including the ability to produce native, performance-driven vertical video content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns for tours, activities, or attractions.
Benefits
Competitive Compensation: $70-$90k+ per year with benefits, depending on experience.

Fully Remote, Hybrid, or In Person: You have the option to work out of our Madison, WI office as much or as little as you like. About half our team is based in the Madison area. The rest of the team is scattered throughout the US.
