Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to oversee administrative functions and support corporate operations. The ideal candidate will manage office services, coordinate administrative staff activities, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations across departments.
This role requires leadership capabilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage administrative programs in a government contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations Management
Oversee administrative processes including scheduling, documentation management, and office coordination.
Develop and maintain efficient administrative procedures and policies.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate departmental support activities.
Office Services Coordination
Manage office resources, supplies, and administrative systems.
Coordinate meetings, events, and company-wide administrative initiatives.
Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare administrative performance reports for leadership.
Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with HR, finance, and operations teams to support company initiatives.
Assist leadership with operational planning and administrative improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in administrative management or operations coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage confidential corporate information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting administrative operations within government contracting environments.
Familiarity with multi-location administrative coordination.
