In this position, you will provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their inquiries and helping them understand the mortgage processes. Your fluency in German will be vital for ensuring clear communication and a positive customer experience, as you assist clients in making informed decisions regarding their financial futures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer assistance to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to inquiries regarding mortgage products, application processes, and eligibility
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with the mortgage team to effectively resolve client issues and concerns
• Educate customers about mortgage options and documentation requirements
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on mortgage products and market trends

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in finance or mortgage services, is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset
• Interest in financial services and mortgage products
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
