Compensation: €60k Base | €120k OTE (Uncapped 50/50 Split)

Let’s talk about momentum. Our client is a highly profitable, AI-powered Nordic scale-up that has already figured out how to win. With a dominant 80% market share in Scandinavia and explosive scaling in the US and UK, they aren’t searching for product-market fit - they are stepping on the gas.

Germany represents their largest European opportunity, fueled by the Digitalpakt Schule - a nationwide initiative to digitize the classroom. We are searching for a DACH Market Architect to take a founder-level seat in their Berlin Mitte office and lead the German conquest from zero to one.

The Challenge: Strategic Chess in the Public Sector

This isn't a "plug-and-play" sales job. Navigating the German Schulträger (School Authorities) takes more than just persistence; it takes cognitive horsepower. You aren't just selling software; you are architecting the DACH sales engine.

• Strategic Hunting: You will map out complex multi-stakeholder B2G environments, taking deals from cold outreach to pedagogy, procurement, and final signature.
• The Moat: While the sales cycles require patience, they create an incredible competitive moat. Once you win, the revenue stacks, the churn is virtually zero, and the impact is massive.
• Direct Impact: Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Country Managing Director, you will adapt a global success formula to build the German market from scratch.

Requirements

Who You Are (The Builder DNA)

• 2–5 Years in B2B SaaS: You are likely a top-performing BDR/SDR blocked from promotion or a Junior AE looking for your career-defining breakout role.
• The "Owner" Mindset: You act proactively and pursue solutions with urgency. You don't want to be a cog in a machine; you want to write the playbook.
• Exceptional Grit: You understand that launching a greenfield market requires relentless outbound, cold calling, and the discipline to build your own pipeline.
• Technical Curiosity: You want to understand the AI core of the platform so you can speak fluently to decision-makers and educators alike.
