Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Romanian-speaking clients with their questions and service requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Guide clients through available services, ensuring they receive personalized recommendations that meet their needs.
  • Accurately process requests and maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
  • Address customer concerns and provide effective resolutions, ensuring satisfaction at every step.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Stay knowledgeable about market trends and service offerings to provide clients with current information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or support sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help clients.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic office applications.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with all relocation costs fully covered.
