The Opportunity  

The Team Leader of Enrolment Administrators will be responsible for the Enrolments Team who are responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective enrolment of students across Higher Education programs. The Administrators deal with all aspects of student enrolment functions including admission, credit assessments and the processing of enrolments across all programs and multi partner and are responsible for timely and accurate course information including Enrolment advice and service to the student and other stakeholders. This Team Leader role has a key focus on task prioritization and ensuring key deadlines are met.

This role is for a 12 month fixed term contract

About You

  • Proven leadership capability with experience developing, coaching and supporting teams in a changing environment.

  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service, with the ability to remain flexible and responsive to diverse stakeholder needs.

  • Demonstrated contribution to fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture for both employees and students.

  • Highly effective interpersonal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear advice and support.

  • Broad administrative experience involving coordination of multiple functions and interpretation of policies and procedures, ideally within a tertiary education setting.

  • Self‑motivated, solution‑focused approach with strong computer literacy, quick learning of new systems, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience/training.
