Through the Wonderful Career Center (WCC) we are offering a free Technical Opportunity Training Program (TOP) where graduates can use their certificates of completion to help launch their careers into potentially higher-paying roles with companies like the Wonderful Business Units and our Wonderful Logistics Center Partners. However, we cannot promise that the program will lead to employment. *

Job Description

Discover the benefits of earning while you learn! The Technical Opportunity Program (TOP) is a free two-week training program that equips students with the skills and knowledge needed for high-paying roles through technical training.  You'll gain practical experience in electrical and mechanical skills through a mix of lectures, videos, and hands-on lab activities. Plus, you'll be paid while in training, starting at $18.75 an hour. If you're ready to invest in your future and work hard – this training is for you! 

After completing the TOP program, Trainees will be considered for full-time positions at Wonderful Orchards.
