The organization is seeking an expert React Native Engineer to join its mobile engineering team. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and scaling a world-class mobile application that brings the power of decentralized finance (DeFi) and SocialFi to a global user base. The role involves working across the stack to craft high-performance mobile experiences, shipping at high velocity, and iterating rapidly within a high-growth ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Build and maintain a premier mobile application using React Native, ensuring high-performance execution and an intuitive user interface.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize mobile architecture for speed, efficiency, and scalability, creating a seamless bridge between complex blockchain interactions and mobile-first design.
• System Integration: Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate sophisticated APIs, real-time data streams, and decentralized technologies.
• Rapid Iteration: Execute fast-paced shipping cycles, gathering user feedback and refining the mobile experience to drive long-term engagement and retention.
• Technical Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges related to non-custodial crypto wallets, smart contract interactions, and real-time on-chain data updates.
• Code Excellence: Maintain a clean, modular, and scalable codebase while pushing the boundaries of what is possible in modern mobile development.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside designers, engineers, and product leadership to define the roadmap and future of the mobile platform.

Work Environment

• In-Person Collaboration: This role is based in-person at the client's office.
• Intensity: Candidates must be comfortable with unconventional hours and an intense, high-velocity pace where expectations are high and impact is immediate.

Interview Process

1. Recruiter / HR Call: Initial screening to discuss professional background and cultural fit.
2. Technical Interview: A deep-dive assessment into React Native proficiency, mobile architecture, and problem-solving.
3. Founder / CEO Interview: A final strategic discussion focusing on mission alignment, long-term vision, and role expectations.

Requirements

• React Native Expertise: A specialist with a proven track record of building and deploying high-scale mobile applications.
• Technical Depth: Deep proficiency in React Native and mobile development best practices, with a comprehensive understanding of performance optimization for both iOS and Android.
• Full-Stack Mentality: Comfortable working across the mobile stack, including the integration of native modules where necessary.
• Domain Interest: Passionate about cryptocurrency, DeFi, and blockchain technology (or possessing a high level of motivation to gain expertise in the space).
• Execution Style: A fast-moving, high-agency engineer who thrives in environments where speed, impact, and ownership matter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Open Source: Active contributions to open-source React Native projects or libraries.
• Startup Experience: Previous experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced product teams where user feedback directly drives technical decision-making.
