Location South Campus

Compensation: $17.00/hour

Worksite Location: Varies (may require travel between campuses)

Overview / Job Summary:

WSU Tech is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Proctor to provide a secure, professional testing environment for students. This position administers and monitors computerized and paper-based exams while ensuring compliance with testing standards and college policies.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but are not limited to:

• Proctor exams including faculty, certification, and final exams
• Schedule testing appointments and maintain secure materials
• Monitor testing environments and protect student confidentiality
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and communicate with testing vendors
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide coverage at multiple campus testing centers as needed

Requirements

Required/Preferred Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s degree and/or proctoring experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
