JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:                

• Plan, execute, and report results of testing on electrical/electronic components
• Perform performance, electrical, environmental, and durability testing
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and engineering staff
• Follow safe work practices and adhere to established testing standards
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering/harnessing tools, and general hand tools
• Contribute effectively as part of a team
• Work in a lab environment (experience preferred)
• Utilize experience with diesel and/or natural gas engines (preferred)
• Support development and validation testing as a key team contributor
• Manage and prioritize daily schedule to meet division deliverables
• Provide input for process and design improvements
• Adapt to a fast-paced, flexible work environment

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 2 year associates degree in Electronics Technology, Diesel Power, or a related field AND 4+ years of experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Soldering
• Reading schematics
• Labs safety

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Team work and collaboration, be able to work with the rest of the team.
• Accountability, getting the work done.
• Meeting timelines.
