Description
Rate: $16-17 per hour
Position Summary
The Production Associate performs various production duties including packing, folding, sorting, labeling, pressing, and other tasks to support efficient production operations and ensure products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Operating industrial pressing equipment safely and efficiently
· Pressing garments according to quality standards and specifications
· Packing finished garments according to customer specifications
· Folding, bagging, and labeling products properly
· Sorting garments by size, style, and order requirements
· Inspecting products for quality defects before packing
· Preparing orders for shipment
· Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
· Operating basic production equipment safely
· Keeping work area clean and organized
· Following safety protocols and quality standards
· Meeting daily production targets
· Supporting other production functions as needed
· Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Basic reading and counting skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work at a steady pace
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand for extended periods
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
· Good hand-eye coordination
