Cambium Networks designs and manufactures class-leading Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PMP) radio solutions, delivering high-performance Ethernet bridging over wireless links ranging from a few meters to hundreds of kilometres. Our products are innovative and industry leading innovations. 

We are seeking a Lab Manager to take ownership of multiple product lines In this role, you will act as the primary interface between our in-house design engineering and test teams & ODM. You will be responsible for Manging the Cambium India, Bangalore R & D Labs and support Cambium Engineering team for a smooth functioning of R &D, Testing activities across all supported products.

PUC or B. Com from a recognized university  

•Prepare Shipping documents (Packing List, Invoice, Shipping Label, eWay Bill)  for Exports & Imports, logistics activities involving both Domestic & International shipment.

• Inventory (Asset), Records Management for Internal, Finance Audit.

• Inventory (Asset) allocation to Engineering Team & Tracking 

•Support adhoc Engineering team local purchase & Test Equipment Maintenance activities 

•Support & Co Ordinate Engineering team for Local Test Rack, Stand Fabrication activities. 

•eScrap collection, Co Ordination for eWaste compliance Activities 

•Lab Management adhering to 5S process. 

•Support Engineering & project management team to get the quotes from Digi Key, Mouser & other local vendors as needed for the project needs

•Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is required.

•Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with 3 to 5 Years experience
