Day Porter/Barista- Round Rock, Texas presso City Wide Facility Solutions

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Day Porter who can also serve as a friendly, skilled Barista. This hybrid role keeps our facility clean, welcoming, and running smoothly while also providing excellent coffee service to employees, guests, and clients. Key Responsibilities

Porter Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and breakrooms
• Perform light cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and trash removal
• Restock supplies (paper goods, soap, cleaning materials)
• Monitor facility needs and report maintenance issues
• Support event setup, meeting room resets, and general building upkeep

Barista Duties

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Restock ingredients, cups, syrups, and equipment as needed
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a porter, janitorial staff, or barista preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
