About the Role
The Leasing Manager plays a key role in delivering the FLATS living experience, serving as the first impression for prospective residents and a trusted resource for current residents. This full-time, hourly role is based at a Class A, residential property in Las Vegas, famous Art District neighborhood. The specific property location is listed confidentially for the privacy of our tenants.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused professional who is passionate about providing exceptional service, skilled in managing leasing activity, and capable of supporting resident needs with care and attention.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing and Sales:
- Work through all available leads promptly, effectively converting prospects into residents.
- Conduct engaging and personalized property tours that showcase the unique FLATS lifestyle and amenities.
- Prepare, complete, and maintain accurate lease files and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Manage leasing system data to ensure accurate records and assist in achieving occupancy goals.
Resident Support and Experience:
- Handle day-to-day resident interactions including answering questions, submitting work orders, and providing general support.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth move-in and move-out process, promoting a positive resident experience.
- Uphold FLATS’ service standards by fostering a community-driven, welcoming environment.
Property Standards and Safety:
- Inspect buildings and grounds regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness; promptly alert the maintenance team to any items that require repair.
- Comply with all company policies, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Market Awareness and Collaboration:
- Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitor properties to support effective leasing strategies.
- Partner with the broader property team to support leasing events and marketing initiatives.
Requirements

You are a polished, service-driven leasing professional who thrives in a luxury, Class A lease-up environment. As the first impression of the community, you excel at building genuine connections, delivering engaging tours, and confidently converting prospects into residents.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, you manage leads, lease documentation, and Yardi systems with accuracy and efficiency. You understand Fair Housing regulations, stay informed on market trends, and take pride in maintaining high property standards.
Proactive, tech-savvy, and team-oriented, you are passionate about creating an exceptional resident experience while driving occupancy success.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- No degree required.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in leasing luxury properties, property management, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual preferred – Spanish
- Understanding of Fair Housing Laws
Skills & Attributes:
- Proficiency in using Yardi property management software is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM systems, leasing platforms, and digital communication tools.
- Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to build trust with residents and prospects.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Licenses:
- A Valid Driver’s license is required
This Role Might Not Be a Good Fit If:
- You prefer a behind-the-scenes role and are not energized by daily interaction with prospects and residents.
- You are uncomfortable with sales goals or working in a performance-driven, lease-up environment.
- You do not have experience in luxury or Class A communities and are unfamiliar with the elevated service standards they require.
- You struggle with organization, follow-through, or managing multiple leads and tasks at once.
- You are not confident using property management systems like Yardi or other digital tools.
- You are not comfortable upholding Fair Housing standards and company policies with consistency and professionalism.
- You prefer a highly structured environment and are not adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving new community.
