ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Specialist to guide clients through the process of setting up utility services in their new homes. In this role, you will manage warm, qualified leads provided by the company and match each customer with the best-fit service providers based on their needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys fast-paced environments, hitting performance goals, and making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inbound Consultation: Act as a personal concierge for customers, guiding them through a curated selection of home services.
  • Customer Advocacy: Listen to customer needs and match them with service providers that offer the best value and fit for their new location.
  • Relationship Management: Manage a daily pipeline of interested customers, following up via phone, text, and email to ensure their move-in goes smoothly.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet performance targets by maintaining high levels of engagement and providing a seamless "one-stop-shop" experience.
  • CRM & Documentation: Accurately track all customer interactions, deal stages, and purchase decisions in the CRM. Maintain detailed notes and activity logs to support team reporting and customer handoffs.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to educate customers on additional products or services that enhance their move-in experience and add value.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established sales workflows and scripts, while remaining agile enough to personalize interactions and address unique customer needs.

Requirements

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Experience: 1–2 years in Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You’re comfortable working at a rapid or fast pace and can prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed performance targets.
  • The "Helper" Mentality: You find genuine satisfaction in solving problems and simplifying complex processes for others.
  • Organized: You can handle multiple conversations and follow-ups without letting anything fall through the cracks.

Benefits

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Dallas, TX, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer a comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure every team member feels confident, supported, and fully prepared to succeed in their role.
