About Arkadium
At Arkadium, our purpose is simple — to have fun while creating fun. For more than 20 years, we’ve been behind some of the world’s most-played games, from the classic Solitaire that came with Windows to hundreds of web and mobile games enjoyed by millions of players around the globe.
As a proud Evergreen business, our values of Fierce Drive, Positive Energy, and Living Full Lives guide how we build products, lead teams, and grow sustainably. We are founder-led, privately held, and consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work — not your typical games company.
The Opportunity
Arkadium.com is the heartbeat of our business — a destination where millions of players come to relax, challenge themselves, and connect through play.
We are seeking a Vice President of Product who will act as the CEO of Arkadium.com, owning the P&L, driving growth and profitability, and shaping the future of the product and brand.
This role is for a visionary builder — a leader who is excited by the opportunity to define what Arkadium becomes next. You bring a clear point of view on the future of consumer gaming, a strong product voice that inspires teams, and the energy to turn strategy into sustained execution. You will set direction, establish focus, and build a culture where innovation, experimentation, and accountability thrive.
What You Will Do
Set the Vision & Brand Voice
- Define and articulate a compelling product vision for Arkadium.com — one that captures the future of the brand and inspires teams to build toward it.
- Serve as a clear product and brand leader, translating strategy into a shared narrative that aligns teams and energizes execution.
Own the Business
- Own and grow the P&L for Arkadium.com, accountable for revenue growth, profitability, and reinvestment decisions.
- Balance short-term performance with long-term value creation through thoughtful prioritization and capital allocation.
Build a Culture of Innovation & Experimentation
- Establish a mindset of continuous learning through rapid experimentation, iteration, and data-informed decision-making.
- Encourage bold thinking while maintaining strong execution discipline and measurable outcomes.
- Embed experimentation into how teams work — from ideation to launch to optimization.
Drive Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning innovation with clear business impact.
- Drive user growth, engagement, and retention through deep customer understanding and ongoing optimization.
- Lead with insight by leveraging analytics, user feedback, and market trends to guide decisions.
Lead Cross Functionally
- Partner closely with Marketing, Games, Data, and Engineering to align priorities and deliver exceptional player experiences.
- Champion the customer across the organization, ensuring Arkadium.com continues to delight millions of players worldwide.
Develop High-Performing Teams
- Build and lead a strong product organization with clear goals, ownership, and accountability.
- Coach and develop product leaders who think strategically, execute decisively, and lead with curiosity.
