Description

It’s not just about drinks. It’s about atmosphere.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

This role is based in Greece.

You relocate for the season and live where others spend their holidays.

Before you even step behind the bar:

Your accommodation is organized.
Your meals are included during your contract.
Your seasonal EU paperwork is prepared.

You don’t arrive stressed.
You arrive ready.

YOUR FIRST WEEK

You realize quickly:

This isn’t a quiet neighborhood bar.

It’s a holiday environment.

Guests are relaxed.
Music plays.
Evenings are lively.

You prepare the bar before opening.
You organize glassware and stock.
You refresh your knowledge of cocktail standards.

You’re not just pouring drinks —
you’re creating moments.

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE

You prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

You follow cocktail recipes and service standards.

You maintain a clean, organized bar station.

You communicate with service staff and kitchen when needed.

You handle busy evenings calmly.

Sometimes the bar is smooth and relaxed.
Sometimes it’s fast and loud.

You stay professional in both.

AFTER THE SEASON

You leave with:

International bar experience
Stronger communication skills
High-pressure service confidence
Experience working in an international hotel team

You’ve worked in a real seasonal environment.

And that stands out.

This is not just bartending.

It’s being part of the social center of a Greek hotel.

If you’re ready to relocate to Greece and bring energy behind the bar —
join our Bar Service team. 🇬🇷🍸✨

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

Basic bar knowledge or prior experience is required.

You should already know:

How to prepare common cocktails
How to handle bar equipment
How to work under time pressure

Professional experience is great.
Private or seasonal bar experience can also be enough.

You must communicate in English.

Confidence, reliability and a calm attitude matter most.

Benefits

WHAT YOUR SEASON IN GREECE FEELS LIKE

You work full-time, usually 5–6 days per week.

You live close to the hotel.

Accommodation is provided.
Meals are included.

That means your fixed living costs are covered.

After your shift, you’re still in Greece.

Warm evenings.
Colleagues from different countries.
Music. Sea air.

It’s hospitality — but in a holiday setting.
