Responsibilities
- Prepare and chop vegetables, fruits, and meats according to the chef's specifications.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining kitchen inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, and other components that support the main dishes on the menu.
- Follow food safety and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist chefs with cooking tasks and plating as needed during service.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained between uses.
- Support the team by coordinating with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.
Requirements
