Senior Analyst, Feasibility and Market Analysis chez Las Vegas Petroleum

Description

LV Petroleum, a dynamic and growing energy travel center/truck stop company based in Las Vegas, is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Feasibility & Market Analysis demand drivers (truck counts, traffic data, freight patterns) and ancillary revenue potential (restaurant mix, competitor proximity, amenities)

- Produce pro formas and investment memos for executive and board review, including scenario analyses and risk factors

- Evaluate redevelopment or repositioning opportunities within the existing portfolio—quantifying return on incremental capex or lease renegotiations

- Coordinate with Construction leadership on due diligence (i.e. zoning, environmental, title, and construction estimates)

- Support CFO and ownership with valuation analyses related to joint ventures, restructurings, or minority stake sales

- Develop competitor benchmarking models (chain-level and site-level) using public filings, market databases, and proprietary field data

- Maintain an internal pipeline tracker linking feasibility assumptions to actual performance post-acquisition to refine underwriting accuracy over time

Requirements

2-5 years of experience at an enterprise hotel, restaurant, travel center, or real estate investment platform

Experience in building from scratch drivers of growth-based feasibility and penetration analyses
