Job Descriptions:

You’ll be working with Richard Martinez, entrepreneur, speaker, and business coach who builds programs around real results. You’ll also be expected to identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines, ensuring clients are fully supported in their business and personal growth journey.

What you’ll be doing:

  Talk to new leads (inbound + outbound)
•  Sell coaching programs, workshops, and live events
•  Help clients choose the right programs for their goals
•  Spot opportunities to add value through additional services
•  Keep notes updated in the CRM
•  Occasionally attend weekend events or business expos
•  Work closely with marketing and leadership

Requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  Sales or customer service experience (2+ years preferred)

•  Bilingual – English & Spanish (required)

•  Confident communicator

•  Hungry, driven, and coachable

•  Comfortable working flexible hours when needed

•  Interested in entrepreneurship, business, and personal growth
