This is a high-visibility role requiring a balance of technical auditing, logistical coordination, and strategic communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure all vehicles meet established engineering and safety criteria
Oversee the movement of vehicles through critical end-of-line phases
Identify and clear hurdles in the repair or testing cycles to maintain a consistent beat rate for delivery
Partner with Logistics to schedule transport and with production to prioritize urgent units.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding delivery timelines and unit status.
Provide real-time data to production teams to prevent recurring defects found during the testing/repair phase.
Act as a key stakeholder in creating and refining standard operating procedures for the delivery and repair pipeline.
Collect and analyze data from the delivery flow to suggest structural improvements to the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive or related industry.
5+ years of experience leading and managing teams
