About the Role
You’ll support German-speaking Dyson customers and help them get the most out of their products — from troubleshooting to guiding them through features and repairs. No need to be a tech genius from day one; you’ll get full training.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

  • Handling calls, messages and emails from Dyson users
  • Helping with product questions, troubleshooting and usage tips
  • Processing warranties, repairs, and replacements
  • Recommending products based on customer needs
  • Ensuring customers have a smooth, positive experience
  • Collaborating with a professional, international team

Requirements

What You Need:

  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • A detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to stay calm when things don’t go as planned
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
