ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Lead Concierge to oversee daily Concierge and Front Desk operations in a luxury residential environment. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional resident experience while leading a professional concierge team with confidence, warmth, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a hospitality mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for personalized service.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, schedule, and support the Concierge team to ensure seamless coverage and service
- Set and uphold high standards for resident and guest experience
- Serve as a primary point of escalation for resident concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain daily logs, reports, and resident information using BuildingLink or similar systems
- Monitor building access, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and site leadership to support overall operations
- Train and onboard new team members and lead by example on the floor
Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
What You Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, luxury residential, or hotel environments
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Comfort using email, phone systems, and resident management platforms (BuildingLink preferred)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respond calmly in emergency situations
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
