Description
Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a Customer Support Lead. This is a full-time and onsite position based in the Lakewood, CO area.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage team of call center support staff
- Answer customer product questions, assist with orders, track returns, accept payments for online products
- Be a hands-on team leader responsible for daily monitoring of team goals and standards
- Provide training for new employees
- Hands on in the hiring and interviewing process
- Handle fax, e-mail and phone inquiries
- Track calls and service requests
- Escalate problem calls to other service providers
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Occasional warehouse product management support
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer interaction experience, preferably in a call center environment
- 6+ months of leadership or management experience
- Phone sales or support experience is preferred
- Experience working in an office setting using fax, e-mail and phones preferred
- Experience providing support to end users on web site navigation ideal
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills required
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required
