Summary

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Business Management Associate will support the Cross-Channel and RIA Sales team of 20+ internal and external wholesalers. The role focuses on training coordination, KPI and goal tracking, CRM and data management, and preparation of materials for sales training and senior leadership. This position will help drive consistency, efficiency, and data-driven decision making across territories, contributing to our three-year growth plan.

Responsibilities

  • Training & Sales Enablement

    • Own the Monday Training Call calendar and maintain a rolling 60-day schedule for:

      • Monday Market & Product calls

      • Cross-Channel and RIA calls (agenda prep tied to campaigns, launches, marketing)

      • Fixed Income and Private Markets training

      • Internal Wholesaler training, including agendas and follow-up

    • Coordinate monthly YCharts and Dakota calls, focusing on best practices, new tools, and updated information

    • Assist with customized presentations for sales training sessions and internal team meetings

  • Analytics, Goals & KPI Management

    • Produce a weekly Monday report summarizing goals and KPI performance by territory

    • Leverage Dakota to drive targeted prospecting and consistent tool usage

    • Manage Broadridge tier tracking and related proactive ideas/analytics

    • Track Alternative Investments Specialist usage and contribution to sales efforts

    • Own the Monthly Custom Direct Indexing update and support quarterly review prep materials (leveraging existing best-practice frameworks)

  • CRM & Enterprise Coordination

    • Support the Enterprise / Dakota CRM Project, including feedback and process improvements

    • Lead CRM management and clean up to ensure accurate, standardized data across accounts, contacts, and activities

    • Provide Monthly Enterprise updates, summarizing key data, trends, and progress with main Enterprise teams

    • Assist with presentations for senior leadership, including sales results, KPIs, and enterprise initiative updates

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in financial services, sales support, sales operations, or business management preferred

  • Prior exposure to intermediary distribution is a plus

  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with sales and activity data

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/Enterprise CRM, Dakota) and tools such as YCharts and Broadridge

  • Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and produce clear, actionable reporting

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple recurring calendars and deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create concise agendas, reports, and leadership-ready materials

  • Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who can work independently and in a collaborative team setting

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in business, finance, economics, or a related field

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
