We are seeking a facilities Production Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high‑performing facility.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA and all safety programs; investigate incidents and correct issues immediately.
- Lead warehouse production activities including scheduling, workflow management, and process optimization.
- Develop and execute production plans to meet throughput, accuracy, and service goals.
- Manage production staff—assign work, monitor performance, and provide training and coaching.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to maintain timely, efficient output.
- Track inventory levels and material availability to support uninterrupted operations.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards in quality control, order accuracy, and customer service.
- Address escalated customer concerns and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Oversee departmental budgeting and ensure compliance with employment and workers’ compensation regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehousing, quality services, and production.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in warehouse or production management.
- Knowledge of OSHA, safety compliance, and warehouse operational best practices.
- Proven ability to manage teams, improve processes, and achieve performance targets.
- Valid Driver’s License required; a valid passport is preferred
- High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required / Post-secondary education preferred
- Criminal background check, Drug Screen, and Post Offer Pre-employment physical
