TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

Account & Relationship Management

  • Drive growth and profitability strategies at the accounts in responsibility.
  • Owns the account strategy within assigned accounts and communicates to extended teams on an account-by-account basis.
  • Establishes strong relationships at all organizational levels within the customer base and understands customers’ processes, business drivers, and organizational models.
  • Understands the industry (Automotive), the customer’s organization, and desired business outcomes.
  • Become an expert on A2Mac1 offerings and delivery mechanisms as well as partner capabilities relevant to assigned accounts.
  • Survey the market trend to anticipate customer requests. Contribute to new technologies proposal and support product team in front of the customer to develop the portfolio product.

Sales & Commercial Operations

  • Manage all commercial aspects such as sales forecasts, pricing, customer approvals for products, and cash collection in coordination with internal functions.
  • Support the regional sales forecast and business plan
  • Follows A2Mac1 sales process using Zoho platform and knows assigned accounts, plans for growth, maintains a healthy opportunity funnel, drives opportunities to closure and evaluates performance to goal.

Requirements

Professional Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or proven record of experience
  • Engineering/technical background
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in software, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Zoho experience and understanding of the technologies related with Automobile Products and processes are a plus

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication skills, utilizing influencing skills on buying decisions
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to self-lead and also be a team player
  • Ability to leverage business and industry knowledge to expand relationships with assigned accounts
  • Ability to travel occasionally
