Your role and responsibilities
As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader in Procurement Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), you will drive growth and ensure client satisfaction through expertise in sales and delivery, relationship-building, and financial management. You will leverage extensive knowledge and experience in procurement BPO to understand complex services engagements and provide tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Drive Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, contribute to solution development, and help secure new business for the organization, leveraging strong relationships with clients and articulating effective solutions. • Deliver Client Services: Lead and support billable client activities within the procurement BPO area of practice, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. • Develop Tailored Solutions: Utilize expertise in procurement BPO to understand complex services engagements and develop customized solutions that meet client needs. • Manage Financial Performance: Assume financial accountability for engagements directly managed and focus on services revenue generation from new business. • Foster Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust through effective communication and solution delivery.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Deep Expertise in Procurement BPO: Possess extensive knowledge and experience in procurement business process outsourcing, enabling the ability to understand complex services engagements and provide tailored solutions. • Proven Sales and Delivery Experience: Have a track record of identifying new business opportunities, contributing to solution development, and securing new business in a procurement BPO setting. • Financial Management Acumen: Demonstrate experience in managing financial performance, including financial accountability for engagements and services revenue generation from new business. • Complex Solution Development: Have experience developing customized solutions for complex services engagements, leveraging expertise in procurement BPO to meet client needs. • Executive-Level Relationship Building: Possess experience building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level clients, fostering trust through effective communication and solution delivery.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Procurement BPO Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of procurement business process outsourcing industry trends, challenges, and best practices, enabling the development of innovative solutions and effective engagement with clients. • Advanced Sales Techniques: Experience with sophisticated sales strategies and methodologies, allowing for the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing client relationships. • Financial Analysis and Planning: Expertise in financial analysis, planning, and management, including the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business growth and profitability.
