Stanbridge University is seeking a dynamic individual with strong communication and organizational skills to join our Logistics Department as a Janitorial Associate. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing and vibrant university community.

Essential Functions:

• Perform general cleaning and dusting in all areas of the building.
• Maintain all tile floors using stripping, waxing, and buffing processes.
• Maintain and refill soap dispensers and towel dispensers in restrooms, as required.
• Remove trash from offices and classrooms throughout campus on a routine basis.
• Clean all bathrooms, as required.
• Clean student lounges daily.
• Vacuum, dust, and maintain a neat appearance in all offices, classrooms, and common areas throughout campus.

Qualifications:

• Work Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of janitorial work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, twisting, walking, grasping, pushing, pulling, and lifting and/or carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on education and experience.

• Physical ability to perform department-related duties.
• Effective verbal communication in person.
• Ability to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
