Field Technician → Crew Leader Track

Neville & Sons has been serving Central Missouri since 1977. We build our business on simple systems, high standards, and taking care of customers the right way.
We are hiring full-time Field Technicians who want to grow into Crew Leaders. No previous carpet cleaning experience is required — we train everything in-house.
This role is for people who take ownership, work hard, and want to build real skills and leadership responsibility over time.
Everyone starts as a Technician.

Technician → Senior Technician → Crew Leader
What you’ll do:
- Perform residential and commercial carpet & floor cleaning
- Learn professional equipment, chemistry, and procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service on every job
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office
- Care for tools, vehicles, and job sites
- As you progress, assist with training new technicians
Crew Leaders additionally:
- Run daily job execution
- Lead a helper/technician
- Make quality and process decisions on-site
- Represent Neville & Sons professionally

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & insurable driving record
- Clean background check
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs occasionally
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Available for occasional evening work (first Wednesday of each month)
