Role Overview

The Remote Customer Service Representative is the trusted first point of contact for our clients. You will guide customers through inquiries, bookings, and post-event support while ensuring every interaction reflects Fun Pros Events’ commitment to professionalism, warmth, and reliability. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent service.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
  • Assist clients with event inquiries, bookings, schedule changes, and service details.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding pricing, availability, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators and internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or client support roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software.
  • Experience in events or entertainment is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Perks

  • Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
