Summer Intern, Sales, Canada chez e.l.f. Beauty

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports with insights and commentary
- Conduct retail sales, consumer, and category reporting analysis, including tracking new item launches and planogram performance
- Support ROI analysis on new programs and distribution opportunities
- Leverage category insights to help inform assortment decisions in partnership with space planning
- Assist with in-store merchandising programs from concept through execution
- Support item maintenance for retailer item setups
- Monitor and report on competitive brand launches and retail events
- Provide general administrative support, including sending samples and completing listing forms
- Ensure all customer requests for information are addressed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to support business needs
- Help establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th
- Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in CPG, preferably within the beauty industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to deliver results
- Fast learner with the ability to think quickly and adapt
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and initiative
- Passion for beauty and consumer trends
Location & Work Model:
- Ideal candidate is based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- This role is remote, with collaboration across the Canadian Sales team
Business Rationale:
- The Sales, Canada e.l.f.tern will support the Canadian Sales team during a high-volume period by helping maintain core reporting, analysis, and retailer support workflows. Their contributions will assist with tracking sales performance, supporting merchandising and item setup, monitoring competitive activity, and ensuring timely responses to customer needs. This role helps enable strong execution across Canadian retail partners while supporting the team’s continued growth and operational excellence.
