Hiring: Open to hiring 2 caregivers
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable female caregiver to support Rita, an elderly woman in her 80s living with dementia and short-term memory impairment. The goal of care is to ensure her safety, comfort, and daily well-being through attentive supervision and hands-on support.
Care Responsibilities
- Assistance with basic daily care needs
- Meal preparation
- Companionship and continuous supervision
- Guidance and support with walking
- Personal care, including bathing and dressing
- Light household assistance to maintain a safe environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Preferably middle age and above (for communication compatibility)
- Experience with dementia care is highly preferred
- Patient, calm, and attentive demeanor
- Some healthcare background required
Schedule
- Friday through Monday
- 10 hours per day
- 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
This role is well-suited for a caregiver who values relationship-based care, understands the needs of individuals with memory impairment, and can provide steady, reassuring support throughout the day.
