Description
We are looking for a Commercial Lockbox/Lease Servicer to join our Four Stars Finance (a D&M Leasing Company) Team. This position can be based in either our Fort Worth or Addison office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage payment processing activity for selected commercial and consumer lease clients
•Review all payment activity in Lockbox for accuracy
•Create billing files, posting files, exception reports, and other daily reports to be distributed to Lockbox service team and lending partners
•Prepare and distribute monthly invoices and statements
•Record payments, returns, line item transactions and other receivables in the Lease Servicing system
•Upload and finalize all lease originations/contracts in the lease servicing system
•Archive lease contracts and supporting documentation
•Terminate paid-off leases in the servicing system and prepare the final invoice
•Work closely with Lockbox provider and lenders to keep lender and lease system in balance
•Follow up on unpaid balances and delinquent accounts
•Create management reports and help resolve funding issues when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
•3-5 Years’ experience in Receivables and/or Bank Servicing
•High sense of urgency and ability to work at a fast pace
•High School Diploma or Equivalent required
•Bachelor's Degree preferred
•Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills
•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
•Ability to manage repetitive tasks day to day to stay ahead
•Ability to use creative thinking and resolve one-off scenarios
•Proficient computer skills (QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Professional appearance witha reliable work ethic
Anticipated pay for this role is $65-80K
