BHW is seeking a passionate Intervention Specialist to provide Autism Scholarship Program (ASP) Intervention services for students with autism and other disabilities at our Cincinnati (Sharonville) clinic location.

Requirements
- Ohio certified teacher in special education
- Identify and assess students’ unique educational needs
- Utilize Unique Learning System to plan, adjust, and implement daily lesson plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with school districts to ensure annual IEP renewals
- Draft proposed IEP goals and submit them to districts in a timely manner
- Attend IEP and AEP meetings, including initial and annual renewals
- Enter IEP goals and targets into internal systems
- Create instructional materials for RBTs/IAs to support goal implementation
- Monitor student progress and adjust goals as necessary
- Collaborate with students’ BCBA(s) to ensure consistency across educational and behavioral programming
- Supervise students and RBT/Instructional Assistants (IAs) during daily classroom activities
- Provide direction, coaching, and modeling to RBTs/IAs on instructional techniques and teaching practices
- Complete quarterly progress reports through the Ohio Department of Education portal
- Navigate and utilize OH|ID Portal
Compensation: Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 (DOE)
Expected hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Schedule:
- We are open 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday-Friday, providing services within the center.
