Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an HR Summer Intern to support administrative and HR-related initiatives during the summer. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys process improvement, document organization, and behind-the-scenes work that helps an organization run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help standardize HR templates, forms, and document naming conventions
  • Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle documentation
  • Assist with compliance-related administrative tasks under HR supervision
  • Assist with data entry, audits, and administrative tracking
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and administrative teams as needed
  • Support special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
