Description

We are seeking a Personal Lines Sales Executive to join a growing independent insurance agency. In this role, you will consult with individuals and families on home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance needs while building long term client relationships. You will generate new business through referrals and community networking, manage your own book of business, and provide trusted guidance to help clients protect what matters most. This is a relationship focused, in person role based in Raleigh with time spent meeting clients and referral partners throughout the local market.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance sales or a closely related sales role

• Active Property and Casualty License required

• Strong relationship building and communication skills

• Ability to prospect, follow up consistently, and manage a sales pipeline

• Comfortable working in person and networking within the local community

• Ability to commute to Raleigh, NC and work on site
