Description
Envirogen is seeking a visionary and experienced Vice President of Industrial Water Treatment Services to lead our strategic initiatives and drive innovation within our industrial water treatment division. This leadership role is crucial in positioning Envirogen as a market leader in water treatment solutions, aimed at enhancing sustainability practices across various industries.
As the VP of Industrial Water Treatment Services, you will be ultimate owner of the Industrial Water Service P&L, bridging the gap between field execution and production excellence. This is achieved by:
- Facility Governance: Providing expert, hands-on direction for the Memphis, TN Ion Exchange (IX) facility, ensuring the regeneration processes, chemical handling, and resin lifecycle management meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The role will also require ownership of the refurbishment of the IX facility with control of cost as well as inventory management.
- Service Network Optimization: Leading the distributed field service and logistics teams to excellent customer service as well as rapid response times and consistent uptime for customer-site equipment across North America.
- Financial & Asset Stewardship: Driving EBITDA growth through customer base expansion, cost control, efficient operation of the IX regeneration plant and maximizing the utilization/turnover of the IX fleet (MODI trailers and Ion Exchange vessels).
- Sales: Responsible for the growth of the IW Services business, and management of the salesforce, in line with the growth plan.
- Safety & Compliance Culture: Establishing a zero-harm culture across both the Memphis, TN, industrial plant environment and remote customer sites, strictly adhering to OSHA, DOT, and EPA mandates.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the industrial water treatment industry, with a focus on service management.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Deep understanding of water treatment technologies and sustainability practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
