Description

• Lead catalog management and digital marketing initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations.

• Execute digital marketing strategies across various channels and platforms.

• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure promotional campaign effectiveness • Manage special projects from planning through successful execution.

• Operate in an ambiguous environment to define new business practices and standard operating procedures.

• Develop and implement business requirements for process improvements and technical solutions

• Act as subject matter expert to inform strategic recommendations aligned with operating goals

• Create and execute standalone campaigns focused on driving traffic and engagement

• Meet established SLAs, metrics, and deliverables while achieving targeted goals.

• Candidate should be a team player as they will need to often contact stakeholders globally to provide status reports, communicate relevant information and escalate when needed.

• In addition the candidate should have attention to detail, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

• Working with teams to gather learnings about how internal marketing tools are managed, maintained and continue to build use cases that build efficiencies in developing operational excellence

• Optimizing content campaigns, messaging and navigation through frequent testing and data analysis, documenting the results and sharing best practices

• Analyzing data to identify customer segmentation strategies.

• Craft, execute and build playbooks and SOPs

• Awareness on devices such as Alexa Devices, Firestick, Fire TV and Fire Tablets.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above

  • Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines

  • Experience establishing processes, workflows, standard procedures and change management

  • Experience delivering against a large organization's long-term strategy and goals

  • • Self starter, good team player.

  • • 3+ years of experience in catalog management or digital marketing.

  • • Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions.

  • • Should have good verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes.

  • • Strong attention to detail in editing content and deep dive and identify root causes of issues

  • • Good at problem solving, data analysis and troubleshooting issues related to content editing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.

  • Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups), or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making

  • • Good interpersonal skills to manage ongoing relationships with software team and inter operations teams.

  • • Working knowledge of XML standards would be an added advantage.
