Description
Amazon.in Hardlines team is seeking an analytical, creative, and highly motivated Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and evaluate merchandising, marketing, and site experience. The person will be a people manager managing a team of 6 (2 Associate Marketing Managers, 2 Site Merchandisers and 2 Graphic Designers)
Basic Qualifications
-
3+ years of with Excel experience
-
5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
-
Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
-
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
-
-Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
-
-Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
-
- Experience in brand identity and voice development
-
- Experience creating brand marketing content
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements

MBA, or Master's degree
