Develop and manage fleet sales in Mexico, including corporate clients, government projects, leasing and fleet customers.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide customized EV solutions based on customer needs.

Define and execute key account sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

Lead pricing proposals, contract negotiations, and project implementation for key accounts.

Collaborate with Marketing to organize product launches, test-drive events, and corporate roadshows.

Coordinate with dealer networks to enhance their B2B sales capability and execution.

Oversee order fulfillment, financing solutions, and aftersales coordination to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Provide sales data analysis and market insights to support management decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive B2B sales, key account management, national sales leadership roles.

Strong understanding of the Mexican automotive market, with experience handling corporate fleets, leasing companies, or government tenders preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

Willingness to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English.

Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
