The Growth team is the analytical engine driving our expansion. We treat marketing as a science, relying on rigorous experimentation and data accuracy to build a predictable revenue machine.

We are looking for a Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager to build a systematic retention engine for our owned audience. You will own the direct relationship with our community, utilizing granular segmentation and automated workflows to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV) and subscriber retention. This is a hands-on role where you will engineer the full lifecycle – from nurturing raw leads to incentivizing repeat replenishment, balancing storytelling with rigorous A/B testing across Email and SMS.

What You’ll Do

  • Designing and executing high-impact retention campaigns across our core CRM channels (Email and SMS), ensuring the right message reaches the right user at the optimal time
  • Building and optimizing automated lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-back) based on data insights and learnings from multiple A/B tests
  • Executing the creative testing roadmap, participating in the production cycle and translating quantitative data (Open Rates, CTR, Revenue per Recipient) into actionable recommendations for future content development
  • Establishing robust tracking for key retention metrics (LTV, Churn, Repeat Rate) and conducting granular cohort analysis to diagnose customer behavior trends
  • Managing list health and deliverability, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards and maintaining pristine data hygiene through active segmentation
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure brand consistency and seamless storytelling across acquisition and retention channels

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative STEM discipline (e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar) is strongly preferred, though Marketing degrees with a strong analytical focus are also considered
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing in a high-growth startup environment, specifically in DTC or tech sectors
  • In-depth technical knowledge of CRM and SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript) with a proven track record of increasing LTV and flow efficiency
  • Strong knowledge of digital data analytics and an obsession over data accuracy (specifically Cohort Analysis and Segmentation) to drive decision-making
  • Structured, systematic thinking with the ability to break complex problems into smaller manageable tasks and the high discipline to tackle them one by one
  • Natural curiosity powered by will and grit to make a tangible business impact
