In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of AI‑driven products. You will partner closely with business leaders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define feature sets, create story maps, and craft detailed functional and non‑functional user stories that drive product development. You’ll be influencing the direction of cutting‑edge AI initiatives, learning continuously, and contributing alongside some of the most innovative minds in the industry. How will you make an impact?
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deliver AI/ML‑powered products to market.
- Identify and help shape scalable, AI data platforms that consolidate fragmented data sources into unified, model‑ready datasets to empower advanced ML and LLM‑driven capabilities.
- Develop functional specifications, build prototypes, and work closely with engineering teams while maintaining a strong focus on product‑market fit and user experience.
- Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, and alignment with key stakeholders.
- Drive the product roadmap definition and ensure cohesion between product strategy and implementation plans.
- Translate complex information into structured action plans and workstreams for R&D teams.
Have you got what it takes?
- Strong ability to extract clarity from discussions and translate insights into actionable milestones for Scrum teams.
- Proven experience managing product strategy and development for LLM‑based systems or AI‑driven ecosystems, weighing trade‑offs between accuracy, latency, cost, and usability.
- Ability to establish and maintain standards around prompt engineering, including prompt templates, optimization, agent behaviors, and safety mechanisms.
- Comfortable navigating both business‑focused and technical conversations across a broad stakeholder spectrum.
- Curiosity and willingness to deepen your technical understanding of emerging AI technologies.
- Strong capability to generalize requirements into reusable frameworks following a “build once, use many” philosophy.
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related technical field).
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Hands‑on experience working with AI/ML‑powered products.
- Strong technical grounding across databases, cloud technologies, and APIs.
