Apple Roofing is currently seeking a Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing roofing projects in various locations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews 
• Ensure the quality and timely completion of roofing projects 
• Inspect work progress and perform quality checks 
• Address any issues or concerns raised by customers or crew members 
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project expenses 
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet project deadlines 
• Train and mentor new employees 

Requirements

Required: 

• Prior experience in the roofing industry 
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills 
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
• OSHA certification is a plus
