Your role and responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis C2M system. Design and configuration of the C2M Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to end-users. Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications for the C2M system. Gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired C2M functionality. Provide functional expertise in areas like rate design, billing configurations and customer account management. Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M.
