Compassion Hospice is growing, and we are looking for FT and PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our excellent team!

Job Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.

Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Ensure patient comfort and safety in accordance with care plans.

Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Current certification as a Nursing Aide (CNA) in the state of TX.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospice, home health, or long-term care (preferred).

Current CPR certification.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
