We are seeking a full-time, energetic, and highly organized Driver/Personal Assistant to support one of our top Sales Professionals in our Richmond office. This role is critical to ensure our Sales Professional can focus on client relationships while you manage transportation and essential support tasks.

The ideal candidate will safely transport the Sales Professional to client appointments throughout the Greater Richmond area and efficiently perform key sales assistant and administrative duties during client meetings. This position requires a high level of flexibility, as there is no typical workday and schedules may change at the last minute. Hours will vary based on client availability and business needs.

This position is up to 40 hours a week, 4 days a week (Tuesday-Friday). Starting pay is $25.00 per hour. Hours exceeding 40 hours per week are paid overtime rate (1.5 times hourly pay).

Responsibilities Include:
Driving Sales Professional to multiple client appointments; using car provided by the Sales Professional
Placing client files and garments in vehicle for delivery and unload daily
Providing pertinent client details prior to appointment
Following up on order status at factory
Answering incoming phone calls
Delivering and picking up items as needed
Performing miscellaneous special projects/duties assigned

A Successful Candidate Fits the Following Criteria

  • Must be willing to drive a car provided by the Sales Professional
  • Must personally carry $300,000 per incident in liability and collision insurance
  • Punctual - crucial and essential: regular attendance required
  • Professional image to interface with corporate clients: dress for success
  • Highly energetic to work long days back-to-back 
  • Flexible to adapt to a fluctuating schedule
  • Able to carry out daily instructions without reminders
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Google platform skills
  • Experience managing social media and LinkedIn
  • Communicating regularly with the sales professional and other members of the team
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Able to bend and lift 25 lbs. frequently
