Job Overview:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will leverage your expertise in developing and maintaining robust ServiceNow solutions while working across various facets of data analysis and business intelligence. Your responsibilities will include using Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, creating complex scripts and procedures, and building data warehousing and reporting solutions. You will develop ETL mappings, optimize performance, and design BI reports that meet business requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to all phases of the development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, while adhering to industry-standard project management methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for facilitating transitions from development to operations and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Here's what you need:
- Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow JavaScript APIs
- Proficiency in Power BI, data analysis, data query, aggregation, and visualization.
- Solid foundation in data transformation, management, and big data technologies.
- Experience in ETL processes and developing mappings for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Proven ability to write complex SQL statements, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and reporting platform concepts, with the ability to recommend solutions and drive best practices.
- Familiarity with multiple business intelligence environments is preferred.
- Experience in developing BI dashboards and reports, along with unit testing and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate seamless transitions between development and operations.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
