Are you an experienced Epic Business Intelligence (BI) Developer looking to make a fresh start in the New Year? This is a 100% onsite role in Tennessee (not remote), offering the opportunity to join a respected regional medical center located centrally between the Nashville and Knoxville metro areas. The Epic BI Developer will have prior data abstraction experience in the hospital or healthcare environment. Experience working with Epic reporting tools such as Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, or SlicerDicer, and strong SQUL skills for reporting, performance optimization, and data validation.

The Epic BI Developer is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and support of reports, dashboards, and data extracts within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) environment. This role focuses on translating clinical and operational needs into accurate, actionable analytics through strong SQL development and optimization.
